Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies CelerSuite uses on this website, why we use them and how you can control them. It is provided in line with the ePrivacy Directive (“cookie law”), the GDPR and comparable privacy standards worldwide.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site recognise your device between requests — for example, to keep you signed in while you browse or complete a booking. This site sets first-party cookies only: every cookie listed below is set by this website itself, never by advertisers, social networks or other third parties.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | What it does | Category | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
Your secure session. It keeps you signed in, protects your account against cross-site request forgery and makes the booking flow work. Sent only over HTTPS and never readable by page scripts. | Strictly necessary | When you sign out or close your browser (after a short period of inactivity at most) |
cookieconsent_status |
Records that you have seen this notice so the banner does not reappear on every page load. | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
REMEMBERME_FRONT |
Keeps you signed in to your customer account between visits. Only set if you tick “Remember me” when you sign in — that tick is your consent, and the cookie is never set without it. | Optional (consent-based) | 30 days |
REMEMBERME_ADMIN |
Keeps business/admin users signed in between visits. As above, it is only set when you tick “Remember me” on the sign-in page. | Optional (consent-based) | 30 days |
What we do not use
- No analytics or usage-tracking cookies.
- No advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies.
- No third-party or social-media cookies, and no cookies that follow you to other websites.
Consent and control
Cookies fall into two categories:
- Strictly necessary cookies (your session and the consent record) are exempt from consent under EU law because the services you have explicitly asked for — signing in and booking a course — cannot function without them. They cannot be switched off while using the site.
- Optional cookies (the “Remember me” cookies) are never set unless you ask for them by ticking the “Remember me” checkbox when signing in. You can withdraw that consent at any time: sign out, or delete the cookie in your browser settings, and it will only return if you tick the box again.
Managing or deleting cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all provide cookie controls under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and bookings from working, so we recommend leaving them enabled.
Who is responsible?
This website is operated by CelerSuite, which is responsible for the cookies listed above. The booking platform is provided to CelerSuite as hosted software; the platform provider acts only as a processor of the data these cookies carry and does not use them for its own purposes.
