About us
We build for the person who has to answer for the data.
Training providers carry something most software shops never think about: proof. Who attended, what they were certified for, when it expires, and who changed what in the record. CelerSuite is built so that answer is always one click away.
The problem we keep seeing
Small and mid-size training providers run on a patchwork: a marketplace listing for reach, a spreadsheet for attendance, an accounting package for invoices, and a shared inbox holding every PDF in between. Each seam is where brand leaks, data goes missing, and audits get painful.
CelerSuite replaces the patchwork with one place — but one that never makes you a tenant of someone else's storefront. Your site is yours: your address, your e-mails, your certificates. The platform underneath is the plumbing, not the shop window.
What we believe about software like this
- Isolation is not a feature, it is the floor. Every provider runs behind its own host boundary, every record is scoped to its provider, and cross-tenant access is pinned to a 404 by an automated isolation matrix — there is no “enterprise plan” for basic privacy.
- If it isn't logged, it didn't happen. Bookings, approvals, logins, erasures — every decision carries who, when and why, with e-mail addresses masked in the log itself.
- Privacy law is a workflow, not a checkbox. Erasure requests run through an approval queue and reach into the audit trail. Duplicate identities get reconciled and merged properly, with records kept.
- Software this load-bearing must be tested like it matters. Every change runs against a live copy of the platform: hundreds of HTTP journeys plus hundreds of unit assertions, before anything ships.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't resell your customer list to anyone, and we don't run dark patterns — no nag banners you can't dismiss, no hidden seats, no surprise line items. If something in the product ever contradicts that sentence, we'd like to hear about it before your lawyer does.
Where we're heading
CelerSuite is an established platform under active rebuilding: the booking, invoicing, certificate and compliance engines are mature, and we're hardening the edges — cleaner marketing, deeper reporting, more of the company workspace. The roadmap is driven by one question: what would make a training provider's worst audit week easier?
