What happens after I apply?
We provision your back office and e-mail you a single-use activation link. You set your password there, then switch on two-factor security. No payment details are collected up front and no password is stored from the application itself.
Can I use my own domain name later?
Yes. Every account starts on its own address like yourname.celersuite.net. If you have a domain of your own, the Name & Domain page in your back office lets you request the switch to it — the platform reviews each request and applies it for you.
My staff book with several providers — do their systems talk?
Each provider runs an isolated site, but your company workspace shows every booking billed to your company across events and organisers, including deliveries sub-contracted through the organiser network.
